Does anyone know if there's a different way to get your downloads back than what is written about on the site? In one place they say email techsupport, another spot says email shopsupport, why not just have me enter my email & order number somewhere and automatically provide the download, like many other sites?

 

Anyway, as much as I feel that should change, really I just want to play Pocket Tanks and Super DX Ball 🙂 I emailed techsupport over a week ago and nothing so far. Was expected 24 hours at the most. I will be wise to backup my installers this time and just hope there's no updates I want in the future

EDIT: The email I was waiting on was in spam. Annoying since I checked regularly but that's just how much real spam I get I guess. Still, I do hope a better process for getting your downloads back can come around eventually!
